I bought one and used it the first time today (dec 15) & the shute and control arm for shute cracked right off with the pressure and force of the snowhey, i'm reaching out hoping to find names of people who have returned snowblowers at home depoti was told a lot of other unprofessional things by a manager but no need to get into thatmachine is not even a month old and was told a refund could not be doneif i have names that i could present to them this would help with receiving a refund for their garbage product
