I bought one and used it the first time today (dec 15) & the shute and control arm for shute cracked right off with the pressure and force of the snowi was told a lot of other unprofessional things by a manager but no need to get into thathey, i'm reaching out hoping to find names of people who have returned snowblowers at home depotmachine is not even a month old and was told a refund could not be doneif i have names that i could present to them this would help with receiving a refund for their garbage product
