Additional features of this banjo include it's big voice 28 hole flathead tone ring, knee mute, and unique resonator back with edge and center circles in reliefthe banjo is all original except the drum head which has been replacedthe original case and interior cloth cover reflect age and use, but is structurally sound and ableall chrome hardware throughout is brilliant, blemish/corrosion free, and looks newthe neck finish has gone from gloss to satin; the peghead is not missing lacquer over the mop and has no dings at the top and near the 4th string tuning peghaving a 90 year history, some cosmetic issues are in evidence: the resonator edge at the knee mute shows finish wear; the resonator back has no markings left by belt buckles, etcthe tuning pegs are planetary and fully functionalbacon and day sultana silver bell plectrum 4-string banjo with case this fine through b&d silver bell no1 plectrum, is in good condition and features a straight neck with the fingerboard and 22 frets showing very minimal wearall mop inlay is in excellent condition
