I purchased it from the halifax folklore centre in and it had the following work done on it before purchase: -neck reset -x braced -new finger board -top & back regaled -cracks fixed -new bridge installed -new nut & saddle in addition, i had a pickup with volume/eq installed and purchased a hard case for the guitarwe live in port howe, but willing to meet half-way to deliver for someone who is seriously interestedthis guitar plays great and sounds wonderful unplugged or live, and has a surprisingly big sound for a parlor guitar
