I have a vacant property i bought years ago with the ideas of turning into my own business and maybe some rentalsthat plus water damage from a leaking roof for years, the main building needs major work now, though there is a garage apartment that could be made livable pretty quickly all i care about really is that you're honest with me, and you don't steal from meit's been vacant for years, and i've had people break in vandalize, break the windows, smash the toilets and sinks, steal the copper, that sort of thing this spring, or when the weather warms up a bit, i'd like to start fixing up this place, it would make the city happy to no credit check, or references needed arnold/new kensington area of the pittsburgh, pa region i have something that might be of interestlooking for those struggling with housing if anyone would be interested i can give you a room if you can help me work on the place

I purchased this guitar about twelve years agoit hasn't been played and has been in storage for at least eight yearsthe guitar is in very good condition, but has a chilean flag sticker on the front (it could be taken off if you don't like it, but i didn't want to do it incase i made a mess of it), and the strap has been painted (you can buy new straps online for cheap!)there is faded writing on the back of the bag, name and phone number (maybe a cool patch could be sewn over top of it!) over all, a wonderful guitar, great for beginners! needs tuning
