It was felt this would happen by the time she was two yearsthe other cats pick on her so she hides a lot but she is a very loving girl and needs a home where she won't be picked on all the timeit was determined her pelvic had been crushed on one side and as she grew it would cause a blockage in the intestines and she would have to be euthanizedother cats pick on her because she looks funnyshe was left in a local pet store at about 5 weeks oldso the choice was to euthanize immediately or let her live two yearsshe does not like either one of her names so will only respond and come running if you call her baby girl, so that is who she isa miracle happened! her tail is short and looks funny but she is fineour foster chose to let her live two yearsthe bone is not quite even but not enough to noticeher pelvic bone moved itself almost back into placeher tail was badly mutilated and partially missing, she could not walk on one side and was in paineven though shy at first she is a lovebug, but she needs to be with a house of fewer animalsthis little tortie is a 3 yr old female that was not supposed to live after 2 yrs of ageshe beat all the odds and proved them all wrongthis is a true success story

I have taken her off the leash to see what would happen, and she would run about 100 ft then turn around she only likes being outside for about 20 minutes at a time then she wants to go and cuddle on the couch she also knows several commands and almost has perfect recall she is still working on itshes a beautiful dog that weighs about 30 lbs she is shy at first, but once she warms up to you, she just wants to cuddle she isn’t crate trained she has a very fun personality that loves to play fetch she will also sleep in it at night with the door closed she is current on vaccines and rabies shot, and is also chipped i just got her over the phobia of the crate and now she will lay in it she was spayed about 3 weeks ago

She has not been around children yetbaylor is a great mixture of both energetic and loving and would make a great addition to anyone's family!she enjoys play time but is also happy to snuggle on the couch with youbaylor is a very small 8 month old energetic puppy! she had a rough start as she was dumped at a shelter in tennessee with her 3 siblingsshe was very emaciated when found but has made a remarkable comeback! when first arriving, baylor was extremely fearful of the outdoors but now enjoys going on walksalthough she is willing to take long walks, she is also content with going potty and coming right back insideshe is crate trained and knows the command "sit"she is very good with other dogs and gets along with the two cats she currently lives withshe is highly treat motivated which has made training her easy, although she is still a work in progress

Rosie is a very loyal and loving catshe’s very healthy and medically up-to-date (spayed, rabies, blood testing, etc), and uses her litterbox 100%she has a beautiful soft orange coat with white-tipped paws, and she now enjoys the safety of staying inside, but still wishes for that special person or family who will adore and dote on herher foster home has dogs, so we will be checking on her feelings about them, once she's had a chance to heal from her spay surgeryshe loves a good snuggle and some focused daily petting timeshe follows her foster family members around and waits for someone to sit and watch a sport, or get on a computer, so that she can climb onto a lap, or snuggle in beside someone and have some undivided attentionrosie may tolerate other cats with a gradual introduction, but she prefers to be adopted into a home where she is the only kittyshe’s has medium length very plush hair that doesn't seem to tangle, but she needs to be adopted by someone who doesn’t mind brushing her periodicallyhere’s beautiful rosieshe is estimated to be 1-2 years oldrosie was a stray who came into a rural shelter with little chance of adoptionwhen you return from being out and about through the day, rosie will likely be waiting right by the door, ready to greet you with a soft friendly chirp
