  She was picked up as a stray and taken to a shelter in central virginia before coming to 4pawsshe is spayed, micro-chipped, up to date on vaccinations, and has tested negative for fiv and feline leukemiashe will walk right into your lap and lay there as long as you will let herpenelope is gorgeous! she has a soft woolly double coatshe is very affectionate and loves to be held and pettedher distinguishing feature is her smile – she always has one as if someone has drawn it thereshe is very outgoing and affectionate! penelope was born in februaryshe will follow you from room to room in order to be close to youshe has such a sweet little chirp rather than a meow when she wants your attention
